OrgIntel360 takes the security of our platform, customer accounts, and the data we process seriously. This page summarizes how we protect the Service. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Authentication & access
Account sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, Clerk. We never see or store your password. Sessions are protected with industry-standard tokens, and access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel.
Encryption & transport
All traffic to the OrgIntel360 website and platform is served over HTTPS. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Personal information is stored with access controls on our database and hosting infrastructure.
Infrastructure
We run the Service on hardened cloud infrastructure with managed databases, least-privilege access, and monitoring for abuse. Analytics providers (PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, and Firebase Analytics) load only after you consent — see our Cookie Policy.
Application safeguards
- Work-email domain matching is used only to label a profile as domain-matched; it does not grant extra privileges on its own.
- We retain personal information only as long as needed to operate the Service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
- We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a security issue in OrgIntel360, please contact us at support with enough detail for us to investigate. Do not access, modify, or delete data that is not yours, and give us reasonable time to respond before any public disclosure.
No system is 100% secure. We continuously improve our controls and will update this page as our practices evolve.
